Offer varied experience: all students
will not respond to a lesson in the same way. For some, hands-on experience may
be the best others may love to read books quietly or to work in groups. In
order to keep all students motivated, mixup your lesson so that students with
different performance will each get time focused on the things they like best.

contract teaching” where in students can determine their own grading scale, due
dates and assignments (Hyungshini 2006)
Balance the challenges: student perform
best when the level of difficult is slightly above their current ability level.
If the task is too easy. It promotes boredom and may communicated a message of
low expectation or a sense that the teacher believe the student is not capable
of better work (MC Calie 2006)
Motivate student’s for success: When student’s
are struggling with poor academic, low specific strategies for completing an
assignment, note-taking or reviewing for according to (Tuckerman 2003) and (MC
Cals 2016).
